Black Workout Outfit and My Workout Routine

Aside from being asked where my athletic wear comes from, (details on this black workout outfit below) one of the top questions I get asked is “What is your weekly workout routine like?” Honestly, I wish I had a consistent routine, but mine mainly ranges from group exercise classes to Kayla Itsines BBG to strength training to cardio days. I try to squeeze a little bit of each in throughout the week, because sticking to one thing leads to lots of boredom.

A sample workout week of mine looks like:

Monday: Barre Class

Tuesday: Kayla Itsine’s BBG Lower Body

Wednesday:┬áKayla Itsine’s BBG Upper Body

Thursday: Complete REST DAY

Friday: Leg Day with James which includes mostly strength training.

Saturday: Run with Danni the Dog

Sunday: Upper body strength training with James.

I also try to squeeze a rock climbing session in one or two times a week. This has shown me the most progress in toning my upper body; mainly the back and bicep area. I highly recommend BBG to pretty much anyone. The 30 minute workouts KICK my butt and are well structured and easy to follow.
