Last week I decided not to meal prep and oh was it a bad week. We ate out at least 6 times and I just didn’t feel great. Now, I’m getting a jump start on this week’s meal prep options with 17 Vegetarian meal prep recipes. Sometime when you need to cleanse and detox, an all veggie diet is just what you need. If you’re meal prepping for the first time, I highly recommend getting these single compartment containers or these 3-compartment containers to portion the food. It makes meal time much easier and keeps the food fresh!
