Happy Wednesday! Cotton candy came to mind when I was putting together this look. Pastel colors are a classic staple that is so fun and feminine. Although they are mostly pulled out in the spring season, pastels can be worn year round and can easily be substituted for neutrals making them extra versatile. Wearing two different soft hues together is a little unorthodox, but the pale shades complemented each other well and don’t get too overpowering. The white is a tad bit lighter than the soft colors, so it helps the teal and blush pop. Since these pale colors are essentially neutrals, they can be worn with other light colors or with bright colors. Even though pastels can be seen as ultra feminine, the girly colors can be offset with darker tones. I can see myself wearing this blouse with dark denim or a black skirt.
Favorite Pastel Pieces Under 100$
As far as accessories are concerned, golds and silvers would both pair equally well with pastel pieces. I stuck with a very linear color scheme with gold accents throughout.
