They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it’s also the most skipped. I’m guilty of it too; when I’m in a morning sleep induced rush, it’s easy to forget to eat. One thing that helps is meal prepping your breakfasts on Sunday. I find that the easiest breakfast meal prep is a muffin. It can be batched together on Sunday and doesn’t spoil.
