Some of my favorite things to meal prep are grain bowl recipes! They’re super nutritious, easy to prepare and have everything you need in one bowl. With a healthy grain as the base, you get your fiber, carbs, and protein too! What’s not to love?
My go-to grains for bowls are quinoa, brown rice, buckwheat, and whole wheat couscous! They can even be combined for added flavor and texture.
