Meal prepping is the ultimate time and energy saver during a busy week. It just takes 3 hours on a weekend to prepare everything for the week. If you think about it, cooking dinner every night adds up to 7-8 hours, so meal prepping saves at least 3-4 hours! Also, there is no better feeling than having dinner ready when you get home from a tiring work day. The Instant Pot can make meal prepping even easier. It cuts cook time down and creates meals that are full of flavor. At first, I was slightly terrified of my Instant Pot. Pressure cookers just sound scary, but after hearing rave reviews I gave it a try and now love using it weekly. I have a huge list of Instant Pot recipes that I want to try for our meal prep, here are a few of them.
