Just like everyone and their mother, I too am obsessed with Trader Joe’s. We didn’t have it in Augusta, so after moving to Birmingham, we had to try all the things and it’s safe to say that I’m in LOVE. I went through and compiled 50 of my Trader Joe’s favorites that you should try ASAP!

Trader Joe’s favorites List!
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning // Shop on Amazon
The holy grail of toppings, this seasoning tastes good on just about anything. I love topping my morning avo toast with it!! Out of all my Trader Joe’s favorites, this is the first you should try!!
Cauliflower Pizza Crust
A great, low carb base for any type of pizza! I personally enjoy my cauliflower pizzas to regular ones.

Liquid Coconut Aminos // Shop on Amazon
A great substitute to soy sauce that is much healthier. We use this in all of our Asian cooking now!
Cookie Butter // Shop on Amazon
You just have to try it. My most favorite spread ever, its crunchy, sweet and tastes like snickerdoodle and gingerbread combined. I love spreading it on my banana as a quick dessert.

Roasted Cauliflower and Cheese Ravioli
Super easy to make and not too indulgent thanks to the cauliflower filling. You’re going to notice a cauliflower trend in my favorites list.
Honey Goat Cheese
A refrigerator staple, this goat cheese tastes great on toast, in pasta or even in salad.
Frozen Croissants
Start your mornings on a Parisian note with the amazing frozen croissants! And you can end your day with them as dessert, they’re that good.

Cauliflower Gnoochi
Another delicious low carb “pasta” option that is just as good or maybe even better than it’s carb loaded counterpart. These are great for meal prepping too!
Protein Ice Cream
This low fat and high protein dessert option is perfect for guilt free indulging!
Green Goddess Dressing
This dressing will transform any ordinary salad into something amazing. I was unfamiliar with green goddess dressing until this one, and it’s now my favorite.

Multipurpose Umami Seasoning Blend // Shop on Amazon
A new product that I see myself using frequently. This seasoning will make a great addition to marinades and roasted veggies.
Malabari Paratha
Almost as good as mom’s homemade version, which says a lot! I love grabbing this whenever we’re making Indian food since it’s so easy to prepare and tastes amazing with the saucy entrees. Pairs well with the frozen chicken tikka masala or channa masala.
Pancake Bread
Say what? That was my first expression too! This delicious loaf is similar to coffee cake, but better. It also has a yummy layer of stresul on top for added texture.

French Macarons
I was skeptical, but for the price and easy access, these are pretty dang great. They’re pretty pillowy and have great flavor too. My favorite is pistachio!
White Bean and Basil Hummus
It tastes like hummus + pesto; jam packed with flavor and a great snack. I like packing this with celery for a healthy and tasty snack.
Matcha Almond Beverage // Blueberry Lavender Almond Beverage
The matcha one is my absolute favorite, but the blueberry lavender is great too! It’s super smooth, creamy and is good in smoothies too!

Mandarin Orange Chicken
On our shopping list weekly, this is perfect for those weeknights where you don’t feel like cooking. All you need is rice and you’re good to go.
Fire Roasted Red Peppers
The perfect addition to sandwiches and salads. We love using these to make roasted red pepper sauce too!
