Living a healthy lifestyle is important to us all, but it’s not always as easy as it sounds. But I’ve been making minor tweaks to my daily routine and noticed a huge difference in my health, wellness and happiness. I tried using tricks that didn’t take much time or effort because I’m always rushing to get to one place or another. These 5 tips below take less than 10 minutes to implement, but will lead to a chain reaction for happier and healthier days.
1. Start the day with a glass of water and 5 minutes of stretching.
I keep a bottle of water by my bed and grab it first thing in the morning. It really helps me wake up! Then I spend a few minutes doing my morning stretches; the sun salutation is my current favorite.
2. Supplement your gut health with Tropicana Probiotics.

5. Smile, laugh and reflect.
The most important thing is keeping a positive attitude and mindset throughout the day. Smiling and laughing will not only brighten your day, but it will most likely rub off on someone else.
