I swear it was pouring just before I took these pictures, but the lighting suggests otherwise.
On rainy days I want to be comfortable and dry, so Hunter boots are essential. I also wanted to keep my dress dry without wearing a chunky raincoat or long trench; the downtown field jacket, with its waterproof waxed coating, served my purpose well. I aimed for an effortless look, and I think I accomplished it.

I love your Rainy Day look,you look really yummy wearing your Rubber Wellingtons with a Dress, I slip into my Wellingtons at the slightest hint of rain, I hate getting my Tights splashed.
