Pink Shift Dress

After a few days of feeling under the weather I have finally recovered enough to make a new post! The past few weeks have been busy busy busy, so I’m excited for this coming long weekend. Since I’m starting to feel more like myself, I was in a very PINK mood. I had to pull out my favorite shift dress to brighten up my day. Lilly shift dresses are forever classics, so it really helped add some pep to my step!

For such a classic dress, I stuck with simple accessories. These golden Jack Rogers Luccia Wedges pair perfectly with this dress. The simple satchel bag keeps everything well balanced and simple.

The thing I love the most about this shift is the golden neckline. It transitions well into the kinda low back, and is such a fun accent to the pink. This dress is a few seasons old, but the newer Lilly Emery Dress is so similar and also has a gorgeous golden neckline detailing.

I just love how the golden band follows along the backside of the dress!

The length of this dress is a little longer than what I usually wear, but it didn’t bother me too much. It was nice wearing a conservative option in such a vibrant color.

Every time I pull out this dress, I just feel so happy! It must be the bright pink coloring and the gold detail, one of my favorite combinations. I rarely wear such bright colors, but in the middle of summer it just feels so right.
