Two things that I could wear for the rest of me life…good denim and a cozy tee. Casual and comfy to the max but still put together. When I think about closet essentials, a classic tee and my favorite distressed denim come to mind first. This outfit combines the two well and really takes no effort at all. To change things up, I knotted the extra fabric on the side. Easy peasy.
For some reason, I’ve always been a fan of fashion bags that aren’t the most practical. Especially in an office setting where you need to carry around a lot of stuff. The circle bag is cute and all, but it can barely fit my iPhone+, let alone a lunch and laptop. So, totes are the way to go when you’re essentially lugging around your entire life in one bag. The texture is so plush and soft, while being ultra feminine and glam at the same time. What’s not to love, velvet is the fabric of royalty after all! When I first saw this blush velvet dress, I had to try it out! The texture is so luscious and the wrap silhouette is very flattering.
Ever since I got this pair of denim from Hudson, I’ve been living in them! The faded black super skinny jeans fit so well and are easily my favorite grey denim piece. Actually, they’re currently my favorite denim all around. Recently, I’m trying to invest more in quality clothing pieces and this one definitely fits …
Trying to get the most wear out of my favorite high waisted shorts before the temps cool off. Who am I kidding, it’ll probably be shorts weather until November #thanksgeorgia! Anyways, what I love about these shorts is how forgiving they are. They make my waist look extra slim and my scrawny legs look muscular. Best of both worlds, right?
During the in-between summer to fall transition period, it’s hard to decide what to wear. When you’re in this dilemma, I have three words for you: fall floral dress. What I mean by fall florals is, find a summery dress in a darker floral pattern. The colors have a fall feel to them, but the …
