To make this cowboy caviar, you need a can of black beans, a can of sweet whole kernel corn, Roma tomatoes, Vidalia onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno, avocado, cilantro, garlic, chipotle powder, olive oil, sugar, white wine vinegar, lemon, sugar, salt, and pepper.
The most surprising thing is the white wine vinegar, but it’s the acid that really ties all of the ingredients together.
All you need to do is combine all of the ingredients together and you have amazingness in a plate. The cowboy caviar actually tastes better if you let it sit for an hour or so. The flavors all meld together and create a perfect dip. Can you tell that I’m obsessed with this?!
