Recently, I’ve been gravitating towards anything embroidered. Maybe the boho chic side of me is taking over after having a taste of the trend. I typically don’t choose bohemian styled pieces when shopping for myself, but I’m so in love with everything off the shoulder that I just can’t get enough of it. There’s something so fun about an exposed shoulder, don’t you agree?
Now can I talk about my embroidery obsession…this is the 2nd post in a row that features the delicate needle work. I’ve always had a fascination with the decorating technique; from a simple cross stitch to an intricate floral pattern, I adore them all. I remember trying out basic stitching techniques with my grandmother when I was younger, but never continued with the hobby. Maybe I should give it a shot and try embroidering my own pattern on a blouse. HA, if i ever had the free time.
