Hello hello,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Last year I started the new year off with some pretty lofty resolutions. Reflecting on the past year, I did manage to make some progress on these goals. I wanted to try something a little different, so this year I wrote 3 “goals” down on a post-it note and stuck it on the refrigerator. These three goals are very attainable, but I wanted the push of the new year to start. So wish me luck on 3 small lifestyle changes that will infinitely improve my quality of living!
