Can you find anything odd with this outfit? Hint: look at the shoes. In my rush to get ready, I threw on flats and quickly grabbed my heels as I ran out the door. When it came time to put my shoes on, I realized I only had one ankle strap. (If anyone knows where I can purchase black leather ankle straps for shoes, please let me know.) The shoes were impossible to walk in without the ankle support and my flats did not match at all; they were green chacos. Quick improvisation was necessary. Lucky for me, I had a pair of black laced tennis shoes in my trunk; the laces were the perfect solution. The leather against the cloth laces also created a great textural contrast.
Enough about the shoes; this blouse is in my new favorite cut. The racerback shape looks incredible and can be worn alone, layered, tucked in, or untucked. I’m seriously tempted to purchase this top in every color available.

Very chic! I am a huge fan of the floral top. Also, that was such a clever idea to make ankle straps out of shoe laces. The textural contrast totally works!
