Isn’t the slight layer of white beautiful? Y’all don’t understand how exciting snow is in Augusta. After growing up in the north with feet of snow every winter, the lack of it was pretty disappointing. Now even a centimeter makes me feel like a giddy child! We ventured to the canal, snapped these pictures and threw snowballs at each other.
My snow day ootd consisted of cold, wet weather essentials: A Barbour jacket and Hunter wellies. I threw on a bright, thick sweater underneath for a pop of color amidst the gorgeous white backdrop. Pretty simple, the only thing I was missing were my gloves. I contemplated wearing my ski appropriate gear, but figured it was to bulky for the occasion.
