5 Minute Lunch Hack with Tai Pei

More recently I’ve been putting extra time into creating and curating blog content. With a completely different full time job on the side, managing my time has been a crucial aspect to being efficient throughout the day. I try to save time in every way possible without cutting corners. Streamlined meal times and Tai Pei Frozen Fried Rice have helped a ton with this. Last month, I came up with 3 quick lunch break tips for a more productive day and now I’m taking it to a completely different level.

Using Tai Pei Frozen Fried Rice, I created a 5 minute lunch hack that results in a colorful and tasty lunch-time.

You literally just put their conveniently microwavable package in the microwave for around 5 minutes and ta-da, its ready! They have a wide variety of new entrees that are bold in flavor. The Tai Pei entrees are delicious on their own, but I wanted to add a little something extra to my meal, to make it more colorful! While the Tai Pei was heating up, I chopped up some green onions and shredded a carrot for my toppings. I have a love for buddha and rice bowls, so having easily accessible toppings made creating my meal bowl so quick. Since the Tai Pei has flavor infused rice, it really doesn’t need much else.

After my Pepper Beef Tai Pei is ready, I add it to a bowl and sprinkle on the chopped green onions and carrots. Other topping options include sesame seeds, a fried egg, cucumbers, cabbage and much more.

Since lunch is ready in 5 minutes, I spend more time doing things I love, like hanging out with Danni. She really wants my Tai Pei bowl too!
