How does Stitch Fix Work?

Start by taking an online questionnaire. The concise quiz asks about your style, fit and product preferences. The details in this quiz are amazing, and your stylist learns about your clothing inclinations and concerns.

Your personal stylist curates your box. They take your initial assessment and pick the best pieces based on your needs.

Your Fix arrives by mail. Get excited, it’s time to try on your new pieces! Inside your box comes 5 pieces that are picked just for you and included is a sheet with styling ideas to make the most of your fix!

Decide what to keep, return, and exchange. Inside your box is a prepaid return label to send back what doesn’t work. You can easily complete the checkout process online!

My First Thoughts

When it comes to picking clothing, I tend to play it safe and I was really excited to try something that pushed me outside of my comfort zone. And y’all, my stylist knocked it out of the park! I loved each and every piece in my Fix more than you can imagine!

I’ve always been terrified by jumpsuit, dramatic I know, but this one gives me no reason to be afraid. It fits perfectly, looks amazing and is so flattering on my petite self! I was skeptical at first, but I’m so in love now!

Let’s move on to the GORGEOUS Ramy Brook Silk Blouse. Ok, this is most definitely a splurge item and not something I would ever pick for myself, but the second I put it on, I was OBSESSED! I can picture myself wearing it a hundred different ways to every possible event and I’m so excited to do just that!

Another adorable piece that I wouldn’t have picked for myself is the Lettuce Hem Knit Top. It’s so trendy and simply but the detail makes it fun and statement piece too!

In all transparency, of the five items, I will be returning two. As much as I loved the frayed denim, they were a bit too large on me; I wish they came in a smaller size, but they don’t so they will need to be returned. The second item is the DV8 wedges only because I already own a pair that’s almost identical! Overall, the whole Fix was a huge win!
