Now that the election is over, it's time to get into holiday planning mode. Who here is counting down the days until Thanksgiving? (*raises hand*) I have the whole week off so, really excited to get some relax time in. I was brainstorming creative dessert ideas for Thanksgiving that are relatively simple and came up with this pumpkin pie cheesecake.
