Forest Green Suede Skirt :: Retro Style

YALL, can you believe that January is halfway over. I feel like I've finally caught up with life after an extended break in Japan. Getting out of vacation mode and into work mode was beyond difficult. I can honestly say that I struggled staying awake past 9:00 the past few weeks. But, these past few days have been much better and I'm finally starting to feel like myself again.

Tokyo Travel Outfit

Tokyo has always been on our travel bucket list and finally seeing the city and experiencing the culture is such a treat. The weather here is not terribly cold so walking around, seeing the sights and eating the Japanese cuisine is wonderful. [show_shopthepost_widget id="2272783"]

Old Navy Black Friday :: Burgundy Dress

Thanksgiving week is upon us! Who is ready for some family and relax time?! I know I am. Aside from food gorging and cozying up by the fireplace, I'm also ready for some Black Friday shopping. I just saw the Old Navy Black Friday ad online and am sooooo ready to snag some steals. The whole store is 50% off including this burgundy dress and crossbody bag. FYI, if you can't wait until Black Friday, jackets are already 50% off and lots of items are 40% off right now!!

Olive Pants with Blush Details

Colored pants are either a love or hate item for many, and I am on team love. Especially when the weather cools down, I typically get tired of black pants and denim and like to throw in some color. I love pairing these olive pants with blush details because the colors work so well together.

How to Wear a Suede Skirt

If you follow trends even slightly, I'm sure you've noticed that suede is the texture of the season. Suede skirts, boots, bags, hats, dresses...you name it, its been made and worn. Even I've fallen into loving the soft and warm texture. So the main question is, how to wear a suede skirt? [show_shopthepost_widget id="2055436"]

Forest Green Dress

When it comes to fall tones, forest green, and pretty much any green is my favorite. The vibrant and rich color pairs well with just about any neutral so there are countless ways to wear it. I love how this forest green dress looks with leopard; deep colors, like burgundy and navy also pair well with leopard so I usually pull out my leopard pumps whenever I wear the darker tones. Light Plaid and Denim

Plaid and flannel has easily become the most worn pattern in my closet. My fall plaid collection typically consists of darker and deeper colors, but this light plaid is more uptown and less outdoorsy. Also, it's a closet essential because plaid is so effortless and easy to wear; I've mentioned a few ways to warm this shirt up below.
