With the end of the year coming up in a few short weeks, I spend a lot of time reflecting on 2017 and making goals for 2018. I like to consider myself a very goal oriented person, so goal setting and planning is essential for me. I recently received the AT-A-GLANCE planner for 2018 and already started filling in milestones and objectives. 

I don't know about you, but my days are always go, go, go and work, work, work. Since I'm usually on the move, it's difficult to pause and relax for 10 minutes. I tend to skip meals and end up feeling exhausted by the end of the day. Now, I am allotting a mandatory lunch break for myself, which is really increasing my productivity. So... fortunately, I'm on the road to a more efficient lunch, which leads to a much better day! I thought I would share 3 quick lunch break tips that lead to a more productive day.
